At least four people have been killed in fog
related accidents in the past 24-hours in Uttar Pradesh. And many people
died due to extreme cold spending nights in under open sky.
Rail traffic has also been interrupted by dense fog with more than 30 trains running late. Many trains including Shatabdi Express between New Delhi and Lucknow has been cancelled after its arrival in Lucknow was delayed on Thursday.
