and South Korea begin talks as winter Olympics help break ice. It is first
inter- Korean dialogue since December 2015; family reunions , easing military
tension may also be on table. North Korea and south Korea first formal talk in
more than two years will be on Tuesday and both of sides will express optimism
ahead of discussions on different issues like how their athletes will be
attending the Winter Olympics in South despite of their disputes and
tensions.The meeting will be also closely watched by the other leaders from
across the world including the United Nation and United States.As per the statement
given by the delegation team of North Korea was “ We came to this meeting today
with the thought of giving our brethren, who have high hopes for this dialogue,
invaluable results as the first present of year”. World is seeing this new talk
